Dear AEGEEeans, How are you? I hope you've spent a great time for the Christmas's time and the celebration of the NYE and, once again, I wish you a great 2007 full of success, peace and health to all of you and to your families! I've joined the NYE and especially the celebration of the XVth birthday of AEGEE Roma and now it's time for coming back to the NetCom-work together with the dear SubCom-pirates.... while here there's a very strange winter with sun & warm days with about 20 degrees! The climate changes maybe are taking effects...eh eh Waiting for the Spring AGORA Valletta, is approaching the Carnival and some of our neighbours are organizing very nice events that I really suggest you as AEGEE Rijeka (with Find Europe), AEGEE Pisa & AEGEE Treviso, but there's also the EBM (European Board's Meeting) that will take place in Gliwice ( Poland - close to Krakow) and you can apply for this important event within 15th January!! Be present to represent your local! Don't forget, as Albert from Barcellona has remembered on the AEGEE L, that there's 15% discount for AEGEE people with SkyEurope (www.skyeurope.com/aegee). Then, I would like to know if every local has received the "surprise" that I've sent you on this L the 25th December, because I've discovered that some locals didn't receive nothing, and that's a pity... The surprise is a Calendar 2007 [ file of about 10MB!! :-) ] with the pictures of all the locals that we are in charge ( me & the SubCom-pirates) & information about the upcoming events & deadlines ( don't forget to insert the new ones as I'm doing!!) that you can use in your offices. Unfortunately I didn't find any pictures for few locals but you can insert it if you have it... I hope that you'll decide to "discover" the locals represented in the pictures, for instance joining to their events... or organizing something with them ( also a simple trip!). "Get in touch with your neighbours" is always my "motto" :-)) ! I've inserted the pictures that you've sent me BUT for some locals I've used some pictures that I've discovered visiting your websites.... ;-) -->>> If you didn't receive the Calendar 2007, contact me with an e.mail or in MSN and I'll send it!
