According to article 5 of the Working Format Antennae Criteria all AEGEE Antennae have to "submit a yearly financial report (...) before 1st February (...)". However, we, the audit commission, have decided to postpone this deadline of the 1st of February to the 14th of February (Valentines' day) to allow each local enough time to prepare their financial reports. Hereby, we would like to ask every local to submit their financial reports in time (before the 14th of February). In addition, we would like to briefly inform you on the procedure of uploading your Financial Reports. The procedure has changed, locals are now required to submit their reports directly to the intranet (www.aegee.org --> log in to myaegee). There, board members will find the possibility to insert their Financial data into a form. (To submit a Financial Report click on "AEGEE-[LOCAL] ANTENNAE" in the menu at the left. Then choose "Financial Reports", click on "New Financial Report", fill in the form and press the "Save" button.) We, the audit commission, have updated the manual for the financial report 2009.
