attention towards the financial reports of 2009. According to article 5
of the Working Format Antennae Criteria all
AEGEE Antennae have to &quot;submit a yearly financial report (...) before
1st February (...)&quot;. However, we, the audit commission, have decided to
postpone this deadline of the 1st of February to the 14th of <span style="color:rgb(0, 0, 0)">F</span>ebruary (Valentines&#39; day) to allow each local enough time to prepare their financial reports.<br>

<br>Hereby, we would like to ask every local to submit their financial reports in time (before the 14th of Februar<span style="color:rgb(0, 0, 0)">y</span>).
In addition, we would like to briefly inform you on the procedure of
uploading your Financial Reports. The procedure has changed, locals are
now required to submit their reports directly to the intranet (<a rel="nofollow" href="http://www.aegee.org/" target="_blank">www.aegee.org</a> --&gt; log in to myaegee). There, board members will find the possibility to insert their Financial data into a form. (To submit a Financial Report click on &quot;AEGEE-[LOCAL] ANTENNAE&quot; in the menu at the left. Then choose &quot;Financial Reports&quot;, click on &quot;New Financial Report&quot;, fill in the form and press the &quot;Save&quot; button.)<br>
