Dear board members of AEGEE locals all over Europe,
The same as half a year ago before Agora Kyiv, also now the Comité Directeur is reminding you to send in the necessary documents to fulfill your antenna criteria for the network update in Spring Agora Leiden 2010.
According to the "Working Format Antennae Criteria" in the Corpus Iuridicum AEGEEnse – CIA, there are nine criteria each Antenna has to fulfill in order to remain an Antenna in the AEGEE network:Yours,
1) send delegates to two out of three statutory meetings (Agorae and EBM) each year
2) submit Financial Reports
3) submit Activity Reports
4) pay membership-fees
5) submit a members' list before (!) every Agora
6) organise and hold board elections (at least) once in 12 months
7) organise at least one international event each two years
8) maintain active communication with European AEGEE bodies
9) have a bank account

In case if your local is not fulfilling all nine criteria and something is missing, please, send to me ([log in to unmask]) the necessary information till 28th March, including:

- Sending in your members' list (with all names and surnames of your members, the rest of data is optional)

- Submit Financial Report to the Audit Commission ([log in to unmask])
Please, note that I am still gathering the full information about attendance of EBM Krakow,the number of locals who already have submitted Activity & Financial Reports of 2009 a well as the communication between the NetCommies and the locals, so do not worry if your local is not marked as "Y" in the list yet!
