Dear boards of AEGEE antennae,

One of the antenna criteria you have to fulfill every Agora is the payment of membership fees. To do this, the procedure works as follows.

1) You send your members list to Anita Kalmane ([log in to unmask])
2) Send me a short email with states the height of your local membership fee. (don't forget to mention the name of your antenna!)

If you are within the eurozone
3) Calculate the height of your payment yourself. The formula is: #mem * 25% of local fee with minimum ¤ 4,- * 1/2 year.
4) Transfer the amount to AEGEE-Europe. Bank data can be found on http://intranet.myaegee.net/menu/contact. The money should arrive on our bank account at least three days before the beginning of the Agora in Leiden. Don't forget to mention the name of your antenna!

If you are outside of the eurozone but inside the Single Euro Payment Area (all EU member states + Liechtenstein, Iceland, Norway and Switzerland)
3) Convert your local fee into euro by using the official EC rates found at http://ec.europa.eu/budget/inforeuro/index.cfm?Language=en. The rates for April 2010 are published on 1st of April.
4) Calculate the height of your payment yourself. The formula is: #mem * 25% of converted local fee with minimum ¤ 4,- * 1/2 year.
5) Transfer the amount to AEGEE-Europe. Bank data can be found on http://intranet.myaegee.net/menu/contact. The money should arrive on our bank account at least three days before the beginning of the Agora in Leiden. Don't forget to mention the name of your antenna!

If you are outside of the Single Euro Payment Area

5a) If you want to transfer the amount by bank transfer, bank data can be found on http://intranet.myaegee.net/menu/contact. The money should arrive on our bank account at least three days before the beginning of the Agora in Leiden. Don't forget to mention the name of your antenna and choose the costs option "all costs paid by the principal".
5b) If you want to pay the amount in cash during the first day of the Agora, please send me a request by email in which you state the amount you will pay. If no one from your antenna will be present at the Agora, you need to make a bank transfer.
