aegee.org)
Se non registrate subito un Outgoing Resposible le applications alle SU dei vostri membri non saranno incluse nella fase di preselection!!
No Outgoing Responsible --> No participation in Summer University
contattatemi se avete problemi, ma in questo caso basta solo mandare una mail a
[log in to unmask] e indicare nome, cognome, e-mail e numero di telefono della persona scelta!

Oggetto: [SU-L] Last reminder for locals that haven't registered an outgoing responsible
Dear Boards,
as you may be aware of, we are currently at the last days of the SU application procedure.
Members of almost all locals are applying for a Summer University. The deadline for them to apply is the 24th of April. After that, the Outgoing Responsible of your local will have to confirm them in order to proceed with the preselection results.
If there is no Outgoing Responsible, the applications of these members will not be able to be included in the process. Therefore, their applications will be lost and they will not have a chance to participate in any Summer University!
So, No Outgoing Responsible --> No participation in Summer University
So, what you can do in order to register an Outgoing Responsible, is to send us ([log in to unmask]) before the 24th of April the:
- name of the Outgoing Responsible you want to assign
- his/her telephone number
- his/her email
This is our last reminder regarding the Outgoing Responsibles!
As we all know, giving the chance to new members to participate in a Summer University, may have as a result their further involvement in AEGEE, so the sustainability of your local and AEGEE.
