Dear all,

first of all I'm really sorry this situation went public just before the
Agora and can bother you in any way. But as it is important in terms of a
crucial future position for our Network, I must add my point of view on the
topic.

I totally respect what AEGEE-Napoli local Agora decided and its opinion,
but on the other side I can say that what is at stake now is beyond the
local level and beyond what happened between persons of a local Board that
for some months, after personal problems coming from extra AEGEE life,
decided, *from both parts*, to not collaborate in any way and to act as
betrayed friends.

What I would like to underline, is NOT, that I consider of small relevance
the fact happened, and that these behaviours are totally inacceptable but I
think we went already above them and a *new established Board, with great
plans and enthusiastic aegeeans willing to do better and better, it's the
proof of that!*

I must add that Claudio Armandi has been my subcommie for one year, we have
organized, with the help of the other actual Board members, a successfull
Network Meeting in May, he always showed to me disponibility in helping as
subcommie, always present to the team meetings, always reporting on the
antennae assigned to him and always active to give contribution on the
subcommie-team mailinglist and Presidents group. He has also been involved,
aside the Presidence of AEGEE-Napoli, on the European level on a great
project as it is Eastern Partnership.

What I would like to stress is the fact that to me, despite the local
happenings, a person candidating for Network Commission has to have a look
at the broad picture and has to have the right knowledge of what 's going
on in AEGEE being involved 100%, ready to take measures based on the
knowledge gained. In my opinion Claudio has this characteristics.

We all make mistakes and I think we grow from them and* *especially in an
environment like AEGEE,* **"Good judgments come from experience and a lot
of that comes from bad judgments." *

That being said, I think, for the Netcom Team would mean* a lot *having
someone that, knowing it all, can continue a work started already one year
ago that have brought great results, in my opinion, to the italian AEGEE
locals and the Network as whole. Plus the continuity of a Team also on the
Subcommie side, can give more stability to our work and continue for the
growth of our Network.

Concluding I take the occasion, as I won't be present at next Agora, to say
a big Thank You to all the people I've worked with in this beautiful year
full of AEGEE and lived intensely for our Association. You know who you are!

many greetings,

wish you a fruitfull Agora,

Matteo

> AEGEE-Napoli’s local agora has democratically written down this report.
