Subject: [NETCOM-SPEAKERS-L] Activity Reports 2012 of your local - Antenna
Criteria
To: [log in to unmask]

 Dear Network,

As every year now it’s time for you to submit the Activity Report for the
year 2012. *This submission is the obligation of each local according to
the CIA in order to maintain the status of your antenna or contact antenna.
*

*Why is it so? *

First of all we would like to see what is going on in our Network, what
kind of projects our members are doing, where we have developed, where we
should focus more. This is also a very important point for the *General
Subvention* – financial support AEGEE is receiving from the European
Commission’s Youth in Action programme. This grant is funding big part of
our annual budget. These reports you will send will be the core part of the
report we will submit to the European Commission.

We kindly ask you to fill in the form properly, describe activities that
fit into one of the 6 suggested themes, activities that really gave results
and you think should be presented to the European Commission. Also keep in
mind that these activities should correspond to the ones you have sent in
the *activity plan in the autumn 2011*.

*Submission form you can find on this link:*
*http://www.zeus.aegee.org/reports/ar/2012/*

In the submission form your will be asked for each activity these questions:

   - Title of the activity:
   - Month of the activity:
   - Place of the activity:
   - Activity Theme:
   - Activity Type:
   - Number of participants:
   - Number of young people with fewer opportunities involved in the
   activity:
   - The results of the activity:

*Example of result:*

*AEGEE-XYZ organized a conference for 100 students from all over Europe and
the Arab world, to discuss and exchange opinions, experience different
cultures in order to create a better understanding of the challenges facing
Europe today. To fight against the increasing Islamophobia in Europe,
AEGEE-XYZ developed this initiative to contribute as young active citizens
to the understanding of completely different cultures, starting with young
people in early stages.*

In case you will have any questions, doubts, please contact me at

The deadline for the Activity Report submission is *April 14th, 2013*.

Best regards
