In particolare, vorrei ricordarvi che: - Gli annunci dei nuovi boards vanno mandati tempestivamente ad Annnounce-L e non qui o su AEGEE-L, altrimenti il criterio delle elezioni annuali sarà considerato non rispettato. Se volete fare gli auguri al nuovo board rispondete solo al mittente e non alla lista! - Usate solo Event-L per promuovere gli eventi. Può essere mandata una mail ad applications aperte ed un reminder a 7 giorni dalla deadline. Spesso viene perdonato un reminder a 24 ore dalla deadline :) - Usate SU-L per le comunicazioni inerenti le open calls delle SU. - Evitate di promuovere eventi sul Rainbow Locals Group. Ha un audience di soli 100 soci, in maggioranza molto attivi e già a conoscenza degli eventi che ci sono in giro :D C'è un gruppo chiamato "Can we add all the AEGEEans into one facebook group?" che è ideale per lo spam! - In generale, evitate di sommergere i destinatari, è controproducente!
