yesterday on ANNOUNCE-L you received an e-mail sent by me on behalf of the Action Agenda Coordination Committee about a survey we need all the locals to fill out. 

This is the link for the Italian and Maltese antennas, we made different documents for each area in order to make it easier for us to manage it.

I kindly ask all of you to do your best when filling it because your answers will allow us to collect datas about what has been done all around the network in the past years. As you know in AEGEE we have a big problem regarding the knowledge on what is going on in all the different locals and through this process we want to solve it. 

For the ones of you who don't know what are the Strategic Plan or the Action Agenda or don't have a clear ideas of them, here is a short description:

The Strategic Plan is the main document we have to coordinate all the efforts of the network, focusing on a small amount of areas in order to make a bigger impact on them. It lasts for three years, in the Agora in Zaragoza the new one for the term 2014-2017 has been approved while the previous one has now to be evaluated.

The Action Agenda is a bit different, it is approved every year at the EBM and it describes the concrete actions that locals have to organise, while the Strategic Plan is theoretical.

For whatever question about the survey or topics related do no hesitate to contact me, your Network Commissioner or your Subcommie, just choose the one you like more :P 

Remember that the deadline to fill the survey is the 20th of december.
