GREEN SU COORDINATOR

Qualcuno di voi vuole favorire la collaborazione tra le sedi che hanno scelto di organizzare una Green SU?

In tal caso può farlo inviando una mail a [log in to unmask]  presentado te stesso e le tue motivazioni per farlo. In genere chi va a nome del WG ad aiutare una sede nella SU non deve pagare la quota di partecipanti...è un occasione per mettervi alla prova e farvi una SU gratis ;)

Ci sapete fare con programmi di grafica e quant’altro? Se volete potete cimentarvi in un contest indetto da AEGEE-Europe e vincere 2 ticket InterRail!

EBM 2015

E’ arrivata la Open Call per ospitare l’EBM 2015!!!

So che non è una bazzecola come evento ma vi mando anche questo reminder perché è giusto che ognuno di voi ne prenda atto J

Sarebbe bellissimo, dopo l’Agora Cagliari avere una sede che strappi anche l’altro evento statutario principale. E so che qualcuno non mi deluderà in questo J

 

Per chi è interessato alla cosa deve preparare una candidatura che contempli

1. 1.      Preoccuparsi della logistica: plenaria, trasporti, etc.
   
2. 2.      Fornire la connessione internet per tutta la durata dell’evento
   
3. 3.      Creare un Social Program
   
4. 4.      Avere una strategia di Fund Raising
   
5. 5.      Fare il lavoro di segreteria: contatti partecipanti e registrazione
   
6. 6.      Mantenersi in contatto con Chair Team e CD
   
7. 7.      Organizzare la logistica della AEGEE Fair
   
8. 8.      Curare la logistica della Study Fair
   
9. 9.      Sviluppare materiale promozionale in armonia con la Visual Identy

Who is interested in a collaboration with the locals that are organizing a Green SU?

Usually thematical coordinators are taking part in the event without expenses: a good occasion for a new experience and to take part in a SU for free! Our famous institutional newspaper, the AEGEEan, is looking for new motivated members to cover many . Here a list:

AEGEE-Europe Design Contest

Are you a proof in graphic softwares? If yes, you should take part in the AEGEE-Europe contest and win 2 InterRail Tickets!

What do you have to do?Create 4 different products:

·         Poster – A2 size, colour 4/0

·         Leaflet – A4 size, double folded, colour 4/4

·         Flyer – A6 size, colour 4/4

·         Flyer – A6 size, colour 1/1

EBM 2015

EBM 2015 open call is arrived!!!!

I know that is not an easy event to organize but I want to send you also this reminder because I want you thinking about it! J

It would be fantastic, after Agora Cagliari, to steal also the other Statutory Event and I’m sure you won’t disappoint me and you will try to get it J

For the interested locals: you have to write a cadidature and consider these points:

1. To provide an adequate lodging for all participants (about 300);
2. To provide meals (at least 1 warm meal) for all the participants;
3. To organise the necessary logistics (lecture halls, rooms for workshops and technical equipment);

4. To provide free internet connection during the whole event;

5. To take care of the social program;
6. To take care of the necessary fundraising (in money and in kind);
7. To take care of informing the participants and registering them;
8. To keep in contact with the Chair Team and the Comité Directeur;

9. To organise logistics of the AEGEE Fair;

10. To organise logistics of the Study Fair;

11. To develop all the promotional materials in accordance with Visual Identity
