Il precedente Events Committee è diventato da poco Quality Assurance Committee e i compiti che ha da questo momento in poi sono cambiati.

D'ora in poi per qualsiasi evento europeo che vogliate organizzare e farlo comparire su intranet la procedura è un po' più lunga: 

-Comunicare con ALMENO 3 mesi di anticipo la volontà di svolgere l'evento scrivendo a [log in to unmask] o compilare il form a questo indirizzo: https://podio.com/webforms/6658380/516474

-Per compilare il form, organizzare un evento nel miglior modo e avere meno problemi potete utilizzare questo manuale che il QAC ha preparato per voi: http://www.zeus.aegee.org/portal/wp-content/uploads/QAC_Manual.pdf

-Una volta completato il form sarete contattati dal membro del team responsabile della nostra area per avere un feedback a riguardo. Dopo ciò potete modificare il vostro evento se è il caso e caricarlo su intranet e mandarlo alla EVENT-L. 

-Finito l'evento dovete compilare il form di evaluation finale sull'andamento dell'eventohttps://podio.com/webforms/6658435/516491

Il nuovo sistema è stato introdotto per garantire una migliore organizzazione degli eventi e lo sviluppo delle peculiarità tipiche di AEGEE quali l'educazione non formale.

The former Events Committee became recently Quality Assurance Committee and its task are different since now.

Since now, for every kind of european event you want to organize and have it on intranet the procedure is a bit longer:

-You must communicate at least 3 months before that you want to organize the event writing an email to [log in to unmask] or filling the form on the Members Portal:https://podio.com/webforms/6658380/516474

-If you want to fill the form in the best way, if you want to organize the event in the best way and don't have any problems, I suggest you to read this presentation http://www.zeus.aegee.org/portal/wp-content/uploads/QAC_Manual.pdf

-After you filled the form you will be contacted by the Team responsible for our area, you will modify something if needed and you can upload it on intranet and send an e-mail to EVENT-L

-When the event is finished you have to fill a feedback form within one week, here: https://podio.com/webforms/6658435/516491
