Ragazzi, PRESTATE ATTENZIONE: alcune deadline da ricordare assolutamente!

1) Domani alle 23.59 scade la possibilità di applicare al NWM di Salerno. Per chi fosse interessato compili il form https://docs.google.com/forms/d/1fHRbRPisTNZ6pR4eV2vCuF4bjIVKvafnYXB2vPhSmQo/viewform e applichi su intranet lasciando il form bianco. NB: dovete applicare su entrambi!!!

2)Entro il 25 Febbraio dovete registrare l'outgoing responsible per le SUMMER UNIVERSITY! per farlo andate sul sito delle SU, loggatevi e andate a questo link: http://www.projects.aegee.org/suct/su2014/outgoing_step1.php  

3)IMPORTANTE: Entro il 2 marzo dovete caricare la lista soci! Per farlo Leggete la guida, niente di complicato  http://www.intranet.aegee.org/group_file/view/3/4738  pochissime sedi l'hanno fatto ed è fondamentale per far accettare i vostri applicanti all Agora Patra! La scadenza per applicare a quest'ultima è sempre il 2 Marzo! 

4)IMPORTANTE: Entro fine febbraio tutte le sedi devono utilizzare un logo conforme alla Visual Identity! Oltre a ciò anche su sito e pagine i colori che utilizzate devono rispettare tali parametri. Per creare il vostro logo, personalizzarlo etc. etc andate a questo indirizzo e trovate tutto ciò di cui avete bisogno http://www.zeus.aegee.org/portal/resources/pr-materials/

5) Come sapete la vecchia progettazione europea è stata sostituita dall'Erasmus+

Di conseguenza dovete registrare la vostra local e comunicare successivamente il vostro codice PIC ad AEGEE-Europe! Tramite questo link http://www.zeus.aegee.org/portal/resources/pr-materials/  trovate: 1 guida all'Erasmus+, 1 guida su come registrare la vostra local e il link tramite cui dovrete comunicare il codice PIC assegnatovi!

Non dimenticatevi e per qualsiasi dubbio scrivetemi :)

6)In caso ci fosse qualcuno interessato a candidarsi all'Agora di Patra per qualche ruolo o qualcuno intenzionato a stendere una proposal ricordo che la scadenza per farlo è il 30 Marzo!! In tal caso si dichiari o apra un thread nel gruppo facebook/mailing list ;)

Guys, PAY ATTENTION: some deadlines you must remember!

1) Tomorrow at 23.59 expires the possibility to apply to NWM Salerno. For those interested please fill out the form https://docs.google.com/forms/d/1fHRbRPisTNZ6pR4eV2vCuF4bjIVKvafnYXB2vPhSmQo/viewform and apply through intranet leaving the form blank. NOTE: You must apply on both systems!

2) No later than 25th of February, you have to register the Outgoing Responsible for the SUMMER UNIVERSITY Project! You just have to go on SU website, log in and register it on this page http://www.projects.aegee.org/suct/su2014/outgoing_step1.php 

3) IMPORTANT: By 2nd March, you have to upload the members list! To do so, read the guide, nothing complicated http://www.intranet.aegee.org/group_file/view/3/4738  

Few locals have done and it is essential to accept your applicants to Agora Patra! Also the deadline to apply for Agora is 2nd of March.

4) IMPORTANT: By the end of February all the locals must use a logo in conformity with the Visual Identity! In addition to this: on websites, pages must be used approved colors. 5) As you know the old European projects of mobility has been replaced dall'Erasmus +

Therefore you must register your local and then communicate your PIC code to AEGEE-Europe! Via this link http://www.zeus.aegee.org/portal/resources/pr-materials/ you can find: 1 guide for Erasmus+, 1 guide about how to register your local and the link through which you will have to communicate the PIC code assigned to you!

6) In case anyone was interested in running at Agora Patra for some role or there is someone willing to draw up a proposal, I remind you that the deadline to do so is 30th of March! In this case, open a thread on Rainbow facebook group/mailing list ;)
