Dear Boards,
As you might have realised, Agora is approaching fast which is a place to discuss important matters regarding AEGEE, vote on different proposals and as always, get to know more about the status of the Network.
At Agora Budapest a proposal about the Activity Plan has passed which said that each board has to submit their plan for the upcoming months within the timeframe of 1 month after the start of their board term.
It is also equally important to report these activities once the board term has finished, therefore you can check which plans have been realised and you can evaluate the last term.
Since these criteria are going to be taken into account at the Agora and you have been already inform by Network Commissioner about these criteria, I would like to remind you to submit these documents by 16th of April, 23:59 BXL time.
The Activity Plan (http://www.zeus.aegee.org/portal/commissions/network-commission/for-boards/activity-plan-submission/) should reflect on your plans for the board term.
Please, check with your current board whether you have done it or ask your Network Commissioner. If you have submitted the Plan already and it is still valid until the Agora, you don't need to submit it again!
The Activity Report (http://www.zeus.aegee.org/portal/commissions/network-commission/for-boards/activity-report-submission/) should contain the activities of the last period (last board term preferably).
