Iniziamo!
1) Come avete visto sono aperte le application per l'Agora Cagliari (29 Ottobre - 2 Novembre). Vi invito caldamente ad applicare: il solo fatto che è in Italia e potrebbe non ricapitarvi l'occasione durante la vostra esperienza AEGEE vale il prezzo del biglietto, per una volta vengono tutti da noi e non andiamo noi da loro. 2) Cosa dovete fare oltre ad applicare all'evento?
Nel nostro statuto è obbligatorio convocare una Local Agora (Riunione dei soci) e decidere con una democratica elezione le persone che andranno a rappresentare la sede in veste ufficiale (Delegates). Quindi convocate la riunione per tempo e votate i vostri rappresentanti. Nel farlo ricordate che un membro può essere delegate solo se era presente nella precedente members' list inviata o se è board member da almeno 3 mesi. A seguire è buona norma discutere, una volta che sono pubblici, candidati e proposals e eventuali mozioni. Una volta arrivati là dovete essere in grado di capire di cosa si parla e qualora si presentasse l'occasione, intervenire prendendo la parola. Ricordate che le Antenne devono mandare almeno un delegate a 2 su 3 eventi statutari annuali, le Contact Antennae almeno a uno per avere l'Antenna Criteria relativo!
3) Ricordatevi che dovette caricare sul relativo sito la
LISTA SOCI e la quota annuale di iscrizione. Non è una cosa complicata, ma se non sapete come fare guardate questa guida semplice semplice

il 99% delle volte che il sito non accetta la lista caricata è perché nella prima riga del file vanno messi i "titoli" (nome e cognome, quota annuale) e a fine lista dovete mettere la spunta su un quadratino! Se siete confusi sulla cosa: aprite la guida e guardate pagina 11! Anche questo è un'Antenna Criteria! Deadline per caricare la lista è l'8 Settembre, 2 giorni prima della chiusura delle application!
4) Avete tempo sino al 13 Settembre, per convalidare le application della vostra local. ATTENZIONE: se non confermate gli applicanti, questi vengono automaticamente scartati nella selezione a prescindere dallo status (Delegate, Envoy, Visitor etc.). Come validare gli applicanti? Quando un socio applica i board member (o la mail della vostra local) ricevono un codice via mail (controllate anche nello spam) che dovete inserire sul sito per effettuare la convalida. Il codice che vi verrà inviato è lo stesso che vi verrà richiesto per caricare la Lista Soci. Per convalidare le application andate su "boards" una volta sul sito.
5) A breve vi arriverà una mail che vi chiederà di pagare le tasse ad AEGEE-Europe, una percentuale su ogni quota versata da un iscritto al momento della registrazione. Pagate per tempo, anche quello è un Antenna Criteria. Nella mail troverete importo esatto da versare e coordinate bancarie, pagate per tempo che poi rompono le scatole a voi e a me per rompervele. Deadline non ancora fissata ma probablimente nel mese e mezzo precedente l'Agora.
6) Il 13 è anche deadline per depositare i contratti da firmare all'Agora, se qualcuna tra le sedi ha in ballo un gemellaggio con un altra sede la prego di contattarmi immediatamente perché il tempo corre.
7) A breve esce la Open Call per presentare proposal all'Agora. Se qualcuno deve farlo si controlli bene la mail perché a breve verrà annunciata la deadline.
8) Vi ricordo che il 25 Agosto scadono le application per il NWM Brescia e ogni sede deve mandare almeno una volta all'anno un membro del board (membro generico per le contact e le contact antennae) al NWM. Anche lì è in ballo un Antenna Criteria.

2) What do you need to do in addition?
In our Statute is mandatory to convoke a Local Agora (members meeting) and decide with a democratic election the people who are going to officially represent the local (Delegates). So, convoke the meeting time and vote for your representatives. In doing so, remember that a member can become delegate only if he was present in the previous members' list or if he is a board member since at least 3 months. A good rule to follow is to discuss, once they are public, candidates and proposals and any motions. Once you get there you have to be able to understand what is going on during the meeting and if the opportunity comes, to intervene in the discussion. Remember that the Antennae must send at least one delegate to 2 out of 3 statutory annual events, the Contact Antennae at least one, to get the Antenna Criteria!
3) Remember that you had to upload on the website your MEMBERS List and the annual membership fee. It is not complicated, but if you do not know how to do it, look at this simple guide simple

4) You have time until September 13th, to validate the application of your local. WARNING: If you do not confirm them, they are automatically rejected regardless of their status (Delegate, Envoy, Visitor, etc.). How to validate them? When a member applies, a board member (or the mail address of your local) receives a code via e-mail (check in spam as well) you need to insert it on the website when requested. The password is the same that you have to type to upload your members'list. To validate applications go to "boards" once you are on the website.
5) Soon you will receive an email asking you to pay taxes to AEGEE-Europe, a percentage of any amount paid by your members to get the membership. Pay it on time, that is another Antenna Criteria. In the email you will find the exact amount to be paid and bank account coordinates. Deadline not yet fixed but probably in the month and a half before the Agora.
6) The 13th of September there is also the deadline for deposit contracts have to be signed at Agora, if any between the has a twinning agreement to present, please contact me immediately because time is running out.
7) Soon we will have the Open Call to present proposals at the Agora. If someone has to do it have to check his e-mail because the deadline will be announced soon.
8) I remind you that the application for the NWM Brescia will expire on August 25th and every local must send at least once a year a member of the board (generic member for contact and contact antennae) to a NWM. Also here you can gain an Antenna Criteria.
