I'm a bit confused about the situation...

On the 3rd of September SUCT sent this email:

Dear organizers,

SUCT would like to remind you to submit the Activity Report and Financial Report of your Summer University.

You have time till 18th of October to do it but please do not put off till the deadline!

Also, when reminding participants about evaluation, please share our last article: http://www.zeus.aegee.org/portal/projects/summer-university/

And don't forget to remind participants about photo and video contest!


Two days ago we received this one:

So... now the question is: what should we do?
Because in this moment we're not able to submit our Financial Report due to very serious reasons.
10 days can make a difference.
