Dear AEGEE Members,

As the deadline of 4 February for submitting applications to Erasmus+ programme is getting closer, we would like to invite you to a hangout to discuss the opportunities provided by the programme and how they can be matched to the needs of your locals and projects. The hangout will take place on Thursday, 22 January between 18:00 and 19:30 CET.

In order to participate in the hangout, please register here. The deadline for registrations is on Thursday, 22 January at 17:00 CET.

During the hangout I will do my best to answer your questions. However, I encourage you to start preparations already now.

The deadline to Erasmus+ of 4 February at 12:00 CET is for projects starting between 1 May and 30 September 2015. This means that for activities that you would like to carry out within this time-frame, you should apply in this call.

Here you can find the detailed Erasmus+ programme guide for 2015.

The parts that I believe could be relevant for your local or project are:
- if you want to organise a youth exchange: Key Action 1 'Mobility project for young people and youth workers', especially part 'youth exchanges'
- if you want to organise a training course, seminar, study visit - check Key Action 1 'Mobility project for young people and youth workers', especially part 'youth workers' training and networking'
- if you want to find out more about EVS, check: Key Action 1 'Mobility project for young people and youth workers', especially part 'European Voluntary Service'

- if you want to organise meetings or seminars with decision-makers, consultations of young people, and many more - check Key Action 3 'Support for policy reform', especially part 'Meetings between young people and decision-makers in the field of youth'.

I also encourage you to visit the website of your Erasmus+national agency, where you can find more information about the programme in your native language.

Looking forward to your participation in the hangout!

On behalf of your CD 2014-2015,
Aleksandra
