1. MAILING LIST
Are you subscribed to AEGEE mailing lists? If not do it now because you will find very important informations:

2. BOARD SKYPE MEETINGS
Some boards have not booked their Skype Meeting Appointment with me yet, please do it because it’s very important to know us better and also because a Monthly Report cannot tell everything about you, we need to go deeper! Some locals can say that it is also fun and not boring at all! Here’s the link to have a Skype Meeting:
3. TREASURERS
Soon the Audit Commission (Deborah) will send you an email for you! It’s the best time of the year! It’s Financial Report time! #neverajoy This is an Antenna Criteria so please do it and do not wait for the last day otherwise it will be very hard to give you some help!
4. NETWORK MEETING
Do you want to host a NWM during Spring? You have time until january 14th to send your application, filling this form.
5. SUMMER UNIVERSITY
If you want to organize a SU, remmeber this deadline: January 15th to submit your SU. Soon there will be the opening fo the SUmmer University Project School’s applications. If you want to learn how to organize the best SU, participate!!!
6. LTC
Did you organize an LTC since Agora Asturias? No? It’s an Antenna Criteria (a new one), so it means that before Agora Bergamo you should organize one respecting the content of LTC1 or LTC2. Remember that al least 2 weeks before the LTC you should submit your LTC with the special form. If you need more information/are planning to organize an LTC please contact me or Anna Bortoletto.
7. RAINBOW DRIVE
I would like to remember that at the beginning of the term I set up a Drive for you where you can upload you materials and help other lcoals and be helped in return when it’s you to be in need. This is the link, please use it: https://goo.gl/6NIM8O
8. EXTERNAL TRAININGS
Here you can find many trainings events (also for free). They are very useful and you can make great experiences.
9. COURSERA
If you want to learn more and gain some knowledge about how to run better you local, Coursera is a good source of informations thanks to their online free courses. (if you want the certificate you have to pay otherwise they are free). Below some examples:
- Leadership and Management | for presidents, HR responsibles, Main Organizers, Project Managers…
- Marketing | for PR responsibles, Social Media Responsibles…
- Personal development | for everybody, Fundraisers, presidents

2. BOARD SKYPE MEETINGS
Alcuni board non hanno ancora prenotato il loro appuntamento per avere uno Skype Meeting con me. È molto importante perché questo ci permette di conoscerci meglio e i Monthly Report non sono abbastanza per esaurire tutto quello che c’è da sapere su di voi! 5. SUMMER UNIVERSITY
Se vuoi organizzare una SU, ricordati questa deadline: 15 Gennaio per inviare la tua SU. Presto apriranno le applications per il SUmmer University Project School. Se vuoi imparare come organizzare la migliore SU, partecipa!!!
6. LTC
Hai organizzato un LTC dall’Agora Asturias? No? È un #AntennaCriteria (uno nuovo), quindi significa che prima della Agora Bergamo dovresti organizzarlo rispettando i contenuti dell’LTC1 o LTC2. Ricorda che almeno 2 settimane prima dell’LTC devi compilare il form apposito LTC Submission. Se hai bisogno di maggiori informazioni/stai pianificando di organizzare un LTC, per favore contatta me o Anna.
7. RAINBOW DRIVE
