Dear Network,

A crucial week for the future of European integration as we know it now is happening - tomorrow, the United Kingdom goes to the polling stations to vote for the referendum on EU membership. This is a unique moment in history and can change completely the path that the European Union is taking - a Brexit, however, will build borders and tear down the efforts and achievements of the last decades.

As our position, voted in Agora Bergamo, says: "While the EU is certainly not perfect, the best way to reform it is from within. Only together, young citizens from all over Europe, can we call for the changes needed to realise a democratic, borderless Europe". Because of this, we will pay close attention to all the developments of tomorrow, including the mission that AEGEE Election Observation Mission has deployed.

We wish the best to the United Kingdom and encourage our members there to cast their vote - the participation of young people will be crucial!

Europeanly yours,
The Comité Directeur 2015-2016
