At our SC+, an international team of experienced trainers from AEGEE Academy will help 25 motivated participants to gain knowledge and skills in human resources. Through non-formal interactive methods (as group work, discussions, case studies, etc.) you will learn to generate solutions to real HR problems and pack you with the necessary skills to effectively manage the HR activities in your organization. Those skills are not only very useful for HR responsibles, but for any active member of AEGEE, since it deals with the most important resource of an organization: its members. *During the training course you will:* – gain knowledge on the challenges and solutions in HR management in youth organizations.
