Don't miss the oppotunity (for you and the members of your antenna) to take part in the amazing HRESSU organized by AEGEE-Academy and AEGEE-Chisinau this Summer.
At our SC+, an international team of experienced trainers from AEGEE Academy will help 25 motivated participants to gain knowledge and skills in human resources. Through non-formal interactive methods (as group work, discussions, case studies, etc.) you will learn to generate solutions to real HR problems and pack you with the necessary skills to effectively manage the HR activities in your organization. Those skills are not only very useful for HR responsibles, but for any active member of AEGEE, since it deals with the most important resource of an organization: its members.During the training course you will:
– gain knowledge on the challenges and solutions in HR management in youth organizations. You will learn what it takes to effectively attract, select, integrate, train, develop and maintain members.
– gain skills in the field of recruitment, group dynamics, motivation, conflict management, training design and delivery, leadership, etc.
– and get an insight into the impact and significance of being a student multiplier on a societal and a personal dimension. We will consult and feedback each other on best practices and HR concepts used in your antennae.
