OPEN CALL: Translators for Travel Dictionaries (LIG)

#What → LIG (Language Interest Group) is currently looking for native speakers as TRANSLATORS for our Travel Dictionaries Project – as you might know, we have already made leaflets containing useful words and phrases translated from English into Dutch, Ukranian, Russian and Italian that can be used for all sorts of European events.

Open Call: IT responsible of the Chair Team

#What → Due to the resignation of Erik Steenman, we are issuing an Open Call for IT Responsible of Chair Team for Autumn Agora Chisinau 2016.

The IT Responsible has to:

- Be part of the Chair Team together with (Vice-) Chairpersons and Secretary and be co-responsible for Autumn Agora Chisinau 2016.

- Take part in the preparation for the Agora as part of the Chair Team.

- Be responsible for the technical administration and IT related issues during the Agora.

- Cooperate with the local organizers on the IT requirements needed

- Be present one day before the start of the Agora to run the check-ups for IT requirements

- Set up a network at the Chair table

- Check and run the presentations that are handed in

- Help with finalizing and updating presentations for the Chair Team

- Be highly flexible and adopt to the dynamics and the needs of the Network

Open Call: IT responsible of the Chair Team

#What → We are looking for an interim Secretary of the EPM and Agora to join the Chair Team before and during Autumn Agora Chisinau 2016.

The Secretary has to:

- Be part of the Chair Team together with (Vice-) Chairpersons and IT Responsible and be co-responsible for the Autumn Agora Chisinau.

- Take part in the preparation for the Agora as part of the Chair Team.

- Take minutes during Plenaries and some Prytania

- Coordinate Secretary Assistants

- Be responsible for the minutes, which shall be sent to the Comité Directeur not later than two months after the Agora, and remain responsible for necessary changes.

- Preferably attending the Chair meetings in Brussels preceding the Agora.
