Dear Rainbow people,

it is my utmost pleasure to announce you the new SubCommissioners team that will work with you and for you from now up until the 30^th of November, 2017. In the attached file you can see the whole team, their roles and contacts.

SubCommissioners (or SubCommies) serve a double purpose:

-communication: each local is assigned to a SubCommie (see attached file), that keeps the communication with the local regarding bureaucratic deadlines and anything that the local wants to bring up (but also the NetCommie is always available and can be contacted directly for these matters). Feel free to add your SubCommie on facebook if you prefer to use that as a communication channel instead of emails. Usually, the contact person for each local is the president, but you can assign this task to another board member and let me know by sending an email to [log in to unmask];

-support: SubCommies can have one or more fields of expertise in which they can support your local, feel free to contact them anytime and they will provide you with all their knowledge and experience on the matter.

Please, if you haven't done it yet, sign up all the active members of your local to the Rainbow Locals Group on facebook and stay updated on everything that's happening in the AEGEE network and in nearby locals! In the description of this group you can also find all the links to the forms that are needed to keep efficient communication between your locals and AEGEE-Europe.

Cari membri della Rainbow,

è con immenso piacere che vi annuncio la nuova squadra di SubCommissioner che lavorerà con voi e per voi fino al prossimo 30 di novembre. Nel file allegato potete vedere l'intera squadra, i loro ruoli e i loro contatti.

I SubCommissioner (o SubCommie) hanno un duplice scopo:

-comunicazione: ogni local è affidata a un SubCommie (vedi file allegato), che mantiene la comunicazione con la local riguardo alle scadenze burocratiche e qualsiasi altra cosa che la local volesse sapere o far sapere (ma per questo anche il NetCommie può essere contattato direttamente). Sentitevi liberi di aggiungere il vostro SubCommie su facebook se preferite usare questo come canale di comunicazione invece delle email. Normalmente, la persona di contatto per ogni local è il presidente, ma potete anche assegnare questo ruolo ad un altro membro del board e farmelo sapere mandando un'email a [log in to unmask];

-supporto: ogni SubCommie può avere una o più aree di specializzazione nelle quali possono supportare la vostra local, sentitevi liberi di contattarli in qualsiasi momento e loro vi offriranno tutta la loro conoscenza ed esperienza.

Per favore, se non l'avete ancora fatto, iscrivete tutti i vostri membri attivi al gruppo facebook delle local Rainbow per farli rimanere aggiornati su tutto ciò che succede nel network di AEGEE e nelle local circostanti! Nella descrizione di questo gruppo potete anche trovare tutti i link ai form necessari per mantenere una comunicazione efficiente fra la vostra local ed AEGEE-Europe.
