I’m Stefano from AEGEE-Torino and I want to share with you this event for which I managed to make my Antenna a supporter association, I already talked with Francesca about that.
For the future(next year) it’d be possible to make several antennas(or directly A-Europe) a community partner with the possibility to organize an activity during the main fair of Campus Party(everything for FREE).
So what is that:
Campus Party it's an annual meeting about technology and innovation: conferences, hackatons, workshops and much more that gathers hundreds of young people from all over the world!
It’s gonna take place on 18th of July till the 22th, the participants are gonna stay in tents(or can just participate one day and go home) for the whole time and at the end they can keep their tents. Usually the ticket fare for the event
in total it’s around 150€ but as i handled to make A-Torino support association we have FREE tickets for ALL the members that wanna join.
The initial idea was to be a community partner but we didn’t have the number and will/time to organize an activity during the 5 days fair, but we can try next year!
The Partnership manager set up a page for us in which we can register and take our free ticket, every member from every antenna can use it and take his ticket if interested. It’s a way to see if a further collaboration( in terms of numbers) it is possible considering
that we can continue this project the next year.
