The TNT is an intense training event, aiming at training EGEAns and members from partner organisations to become junior (softskill) trainers. There will be max 16 participants, from EGEA and partner ogranisations (IAAS, EPSA, EMSA, and AEGEE).
There are 2 places for members of AEGEE.
The TNT will be in English and topics that the topics you will be trained on are communication, feedback, group dynamics, training design, training methods, facilitation, adult learning (learning styles and personality types), activity management, and debriefing.

AEGEE-Europe regrets to witness the possible shut down of gender studies programs in Hungary, an attack to the right to free education and even to the freedom of expression. AEGEE-Europe stands for the liberty of each individual to pursue their education following their interests and passion, and to develop their personality at the fullest. We believe that no government has the right to decide which subjects are worth to be taught and which ones are not. Moreover, the official motivation of the Hungarian government to ban gender studies from University, namely that studying this discipline is “economically irrational”, goes against our belief that education should aim at forming conscious and well-informed citizens, and not only at preparing young people for the labour market.

AEGEE-Europe already successfully tested them out in European Planning Meeting in Yerevan and Smart Cities Conference in Thessaloniki.
