During this training, you’ll learn how to implement the gender perspective
in your trainings, making them more equal and gender-friendly. You’ll learn
what sexual harassment is and how to prevent, detect and react to it, and
most importantly how to train others in doing so.

Besides, you will get real experience in delivery as the practice delivery
will happen in a real Safe Person training. During this training, we will
explore a new concept, in which we will include a Safe Person training for
youth workers within part of the Training for Trainers. This will be
supported by the trainers of the T4T and the experience of the two previous
SMASH trainings in Tbilisi and Helsinki.
