OPEN CALLS

Visa Research Task Force is looking for researchers and analysts who will assist them in creating a proper form for the deep questionnaire among AEGEE members concerning any administrative barriers which they have ever faced when traveling.

Based on the results of the research further on they are going to explore the possibilities of launching a campaign aiming to reduce mobility barriers, educate members on visa procedures and ease the procedures as much as possible.

Research skills are welcomed, but all interested people can join the team and contribute to the creation of the project. You can find the application form here. The deadline for the application is the 8th of September 23:59 CEST! 

Summer University Project School (SUPS) is the right place to become a skilled organizer of SU, to take a greater look at event management, to get motivated and inspired, to get practical skills and to exchange experience!

Given the success of the SUPS format, the SUCT would like to continue in organizing 4-5 SUPSes (3-4 nights) in different regions of Europe between November and March in order to give more participants the chance to take part and acquire fundamental knowledge of event management and sharing best practices with experienced trainers!

Therefore they are looking for Hosting Localsto organize at least 4 training days including arrival and departure (preferably Thursday-Sunday or Friday-Monday) between the 7th of November and 15th of March.

Here you can find the application form. The deadline is the 12th of September 2019, 12:00 CEST (for SUPS hosted until the end of the year 2019) or until the 30th of September 2019, 12:00 CEST (for SUPS hosted in 2020).

How can you participate in the Summer University Photo Contest 2019?

You can send the best moments of your Summer University in the following categories:

  • AEGEE­spirit (anything related to AEGEE)
  • It’s all about (S)U (portraits, artistic photos, group pics, cultural differences, etc.)
  • Greetings from.. (landscapes, architecture, etc.)
  • Personal development (workshop, learning opportunities, non-formal education, etc.)

Please do not forget to take the requirements for uploading pictures and videos into consideration! You can find them here.

The deadline for the submission is the 20th of September 23:59 CEST! (Footage submitted later cannot be taken into consideration)

The SUCT will post all your pictures on Facebook and the one who gets the most likes of each category will be the winner. You can win their brand new merchandising! 

The winners will be announced on stage during Autumn Agora Salerno in October 2019!
