AEGEE NEWS

*New contact in Pavia!*

We are delighted to announce and welcome (back) a *new-old family member in

We wish the group of people, who are working hard to make it, good luck in

*The Final Results Booklet on PAC recognition is out!*

We are happy to introduce the final Results Booklet as a part of the
transnational campaign for the PAC (Previously Acquired Competences)
recognition!

AEGEE-Europe, in partnership with Together, Moving Forward - TMF, organised
an online survey from 22 February to 28 March 2021 to gather an overall
picture of the accessibility of European HEIs (Higher Education
Institutions) for TCN (third-country national) students.

As a follow-up and to deeply assess individual experiences of TCNs
regarding PAC recognition, AEGEE-Europe and TMF organised two focus groups
on the 7th and 8th of May 2021.The online survey and focus groups were
organised within the MaxiPAC framework - an Erasmus+ funded project aiming
to maximise PAC of TCN students in European HEIs.

In the Booklet, you can learn more about the exact needs of TCNs seeking
enrolment in European universities and the obstacles and good practices
they encounter during the PAC recognition procedures.

Most importantly, you can have a look at recommendations given by our focus
group participants, which will be incorporated into a standardised draft
procedure for European HEI’s to ensure easier PAC recognition and a
smoother admission process for the TCN students.

three cases: rape, incest and severe health risks for the mother.

Women took to the streets in Poland and protested for their fundamental
rights.

Together with our guests Sarah Diehl (German activist for internat.
reproductive rights) and a Polish professor for political science from the
University of Warsaw we will try to paint a diverse picture of the movement
and answer all questions you might have.
