SPM Hosting Local

Here, we would like to announce the extension on the deadline to apply as a hosting Local of the Strategic Planning Meeting 2022 (SPM)!

What is an SPM?
As you may know, the current Strategic Plan of AEGEE-Europe (2020-2023) is halfway over and at the Autumn Agora 2022, we will vote on the new thematic and organisation foci for the years 2023-2026. The Strategic Planning Meeting (not to be confused with the European Planning Meeting/EPM) is taking place every 3 years, bringing AEGEEans from all over Europe to decide together on what they would like to work towards. The upcoming SPM should take place around June 2022.

Please submit your application for being the hosting Local of the Strategic Planning Meeting 2022 until 5th of October 2021, 23:59 CET.

Open Call for Participants

We would like to inform you that the call for participants for the Autumn Agora 2021 is now open!

The upcoming Agora will take place online between the 2nd and 5th of October 2021.

Due to the fact that an Online Agora has certain capacity we need to adapt to, and the limitations arising from the use of an online conference tool, applications are open only for delegates and envoys. This means that unfortunately, observers and visitors will not be attending the Agora directly this time. However, we want to ensure that everyone will have the possibility to follow the Agora, thus we will again provide a streaming platform and a place for discussion for everyone, who would like to stay updated about Agora ongoings. More details about the streaming platform and the forum for discussion will be shared with you closer to the Agora.

Every delegate/envoy should apply for the Agora in the Online Membership System (my.aegee.eu) via this link until the 20th of October 2021, 23:59 CEST. There will be no extension of the application period, so please make sure to apply on time. You do not need to fill in the motivation letter. Every delegate or envoy will be automatically accepted after the board validation period.

Local board members can validate the applications of their members online until the 22nd of October, 23:59 CEST.

AEGEE NEWS
NEW CIA v.32.0

For the first time, the three documents (General Rules, Working Formats Compilation making up the CIA, and the complementary List of Motions) are published in a Gsuite folder. You can find them herePlease be aware that you need an @aegee.eu email address to access them. Such an address can be requested by any AEGEE member using this form. The reason for the different publication format is the internal nature of the documents.

You can find AEGEE-Europe's Statutes and regulations in the General Rules document, including all proposals adopted by the Online Spring Agora. The newest Working Formats of many European Bodies can be found in the Working Formats compilation. All currently active motions voted by Agorae since 2011 are collected in the List of Motions.

Due to the inherently public nature of AEGEE-Europe's statutes, this document is additionally still published on the members portal. You can find it under the following link: http://www.zeus.aegee.org/portal/cia-v-32-0/
