the Regional Meeting appears in the Calendar of Events 22-24.10.
Now I wanted to ask you,not only AEGEE-Genova,those who have already
expressed their willing to partecipate and to the rest I'm asking now,if we
can cooperate with the organisation.
(it's an example of regional co-operation,isn't it? )

Partecipants:
max.number of places : 55
45 people from the region (considering the total number of antennae,30,15
quite close to Genova,and the contacts,11,lets say: 5 places for all the
contacts,2 or 3 for each antenna,5 for people
from WGs,project teams,members of commissions and Comitè Directeur you are
bigbig welcome!!
Fee:As far as I know we haven't made FR for that...so I put the fee
of 25 Euro....
I hope that Giovanna and Isabella can find a sponsor for the food...or even
somebody near Bologna... :-)
Programme:
This RM should focus on our regional problems and activities ,on Internal
Education,getting to know each other(exchange of experience),but should be
also a report from the Network .
I'll leave the SU topics for the Winter RM,what do you think?
I'll ask everybody what do they expect from a RM.
I expect to know more about the region,activities,problems,future
plans,people,about AEGEE in general ,and to leave it
with more ideas ,motivation and enthusiasm than before...
Looking at my tasks as NetCommissioner (support and furthering co-operation
and patnerships between Antennae,collect info for running a local in the
region in fields of PR for example, for the continuity ,
organise promotion tours,give important infos,contact with the CD),
and to the aim of AEGEE-meetings in general (give the possibility for the
new members to enhance their knowledge about AEGEE and for the oldies to
share their experience),
we should develop three main topics:
about the region itself
about the AEGEE Network
about Internal Education
I would be nice having some workshops and lecturers for that..
Now write please if you agree with this programme and if you feel to
contribute.

The programme depends from how many we are on friday;also where to put a
visit to the city or to Portofino...
It will start on Friday morning (10.00 registration),conclusion on Sunday
24th after a brunch.
