*Open Call for Candidates *


The Juridical Commission has officially launched the Open Call for
Candidates for the Autumn Agora 2021!

*What is the procedure? *
All candidates will have to fill in the online candidatures application
form which is *available on **MyAEGEE*
<https://my.aegee.eu/statutory/autumn-agora-2021/positions/approved>*.* You
will receive an email about the status of your application.


*The deadline to submit any candidature is the 18th of November, 23:59 CET.*
*Please note: *due to a CIA change adopted at this year's Spring Agora,
there is now only one common deadline for all candidatures, two weeks
before the Agora. The previous practice of a second deadline for positions
with a small number of candidates has been abandoned.

After the deadline, all duly submitted and approved candidatures will be
published and visible for examination. You can find a guide on submitting a

The Juridical Commission has officially launched the Open Call for
Proposals for the Autumn Agora 2021:

We would like to announce the Open Call for Proposals for the upcoming
Autumn Agora 2021. You can find the latest CIA published here

According to the CIA, the deadlines for submission of the proposals are:


*18th of October 2021 (23:59 CEST) for the submission of the draft;2nd of
November 2021 (23:59 CET) for the final submission.*

However, we strongly recommend not to submit the proposals right before the
deadline. In order to submit a proposal, please enter the online voting

instructions below.

The procedure is divided into two parts and consists of:

1. Preliminary submission;
2. Final submission of the proposal.

*NEW CIA v.32.0*


For the first time, the three documents (General Rules, Working Formats
Compilation making up the CIA, and the complementary List of Motions) are
published in a Gsuite folder. *You can find them **here

The reason for the different publication format is the internal nature of
the documents.

You can find AEGEE-Europe's Statutes and regulations in the General Rules
document, including all proposals adopted by the Online Spring Agora. The
newest Working Formats of many European Bodies can be found in the Working
Formats compilation. All currently active motions voted by Agorae since
2011 are collected in the List of Motions.

Due to the inherently public nature of AEGEE-Europe's statutes, this
document is additionally still published on the members portal. You can

*BEST Regional Meetings*

*What are Regional Meetings?*

RMs are 3-4 day events where members of LBGs gather in their respective
region, share common practices, attend training sessions, workshops, and
discussion groups. Also, they enhance their BEST spirit through fun
activities and true regional bonding.

*When will RMs happen?*

- 1st Weekend / 29th of October to 1st of November -

Region C || Where: Online
Region E || Where: Online
Region J || Where: Online
Region K || Where: Coimbra


- 2nd Weekend / 5th of November to 8th of November -

*What obligations will the delegates have?*

The delegates participating in a Regional Meeting will need to be present
and active in discussions. Additionally, they should give a short
presentation of AEGEE.
