*Mental Health Guide - Chapter 4*
Dear AEGEEans, here we present to you the fourth chapter of the manual we
are creating!
What is this about?
One of our projects aims to create a Mental Health Guide with which we want
to spread some quality information about mental health and make it
accessible to everyone! We will talk about several topics such as the role
of a psychologist, therapy and medication, mental health in youth
organizations and much more.
This chapter talks about toxic positivity, what it is and how it can affect
