We come across insinuations of sex every day in the songs we listen to, the
movies and series we watch and in our relationships. For something so
present, we barely discuss it in-depth and with Amsterdam being known for
its different view towards sex with our red-light district, this city is
the perfect place to start our journey in becoming more aware. Sex is an
important emotion that has biological, psychological and social
explanations. We can look at science, our society and our different views
to become more aware of our norms and values.

This weekend you’ll participate in workshops to learn about the red light
district and sexology from experts. Moreover, there will be discussions to
share our opinions, so we can all learn from each other!! And after our
brain is full of so many new insights we’ll go explore the city and do fun

Where Does Europe end AEGEE-Heidelberg organize a conference on identity!
Open call for participants until 6th March.

Have you ever wondered what makes you YOU? What words would you use to
describe yourself? How can identity change over time? What is political
identity and how is it expressed?

These are just some of the questions that we will try to find answers to in
the upcoming conference in Heidelberg. If you are a student, young
European, and/or AEGEEan, then we hope that you will join us on this
journey of self-discovery. We welcome 20 motivated participants in
beautiful Heidelberg to discover the multi-layered meaning of identity,
search answers to timeless questions and spend a great weekend together.

You can expect:

   - Interactive workshops on the topic of identity
   - City tour around the beautiful mediaeval city of Heidelberg
   - Fun social program

Dear AEGEEans,

With the application period for Spring Agora Novi Sad having been opened I
want to take the opportunity to inform you that an application form has
been integrated in myAEGEE for making requests to the AEGEE Social
Responsibility Fund.
For those that do not know about it, the AEGEE Social Responsibility Fund
(ASRF) exists to provide financial support to AEGEE members that cannot
attend events and experience all the opportunities that AEGEE offers at its
fullest due to their socio-economic situation.

The Social Equity Working Group of AEGEE-Europe is looking for

*Book Club: The Sixth Extinction*


Join the CEWG Book club by March 7 and read The Sixth Extinction: An
Unnatural History by Elizabeth Kolbert! Scientists are currently monitoring
the 6th mass extinction, predicted to be the most devastating since the
asteroid that wiped out dinosaurs. Kolbert combines field reporting and the
work of scientists to tell the stories of a dozen species, some already
