United in Europe - 1000 local traditions mean that we are all united in a wonderful and historical union but with a lot of local traditions that need to be preserved and protected. To be able to transmit to our childrens the sense of equality between different cultures and not uniforming all clearing and deleting important tradition. Bologna is located in the heart of Italian Gastronomy (Emilia Romagna) for this reason with this event we want to start our event title using food identity that all over our countries is very important in the life social and historical. We will have important speaker as President of our region, province, university teacher and so on and also wonderful visit to production area of our food and wonderful taste and party. It will be a good cultural and gastronomy events full of culture, knowledge and fun.
