I'm fine and glad to notice that in the previous days we had the elections of several new boards in our Network, and so, always on behalf of the Team, I wish to the new boards of Zagreb, Bari, Catania, Venezia & Valletta all the best for their work! Anyway guys, finally it's the time for submitting the ACTIVITY REPORT 2006 & also the ACTIVITY PLAN 2007, the deadline is not far ( 5th December) and so I suggest you to submit it as soon as possible! During the next week I'll try to be quite always available on MSN (my contact [log in to unmask] , soon I'll have also skype...) in order to help you for every problems.
In order to do so, you simply follow the link http://www.karl.aegee.org/network.nsf?OpenDatabase and then select "Submit an activity report".
*** Last but not least, I need to get the BEST PICTURES of every locals in order to make you a funny Surprise the next month!! So, AEGEE people, let's look for the pictures that you consider the most nice in order to represent your locals ( european events, local activities etc... every kind of pictures). Send as soon as possible this picture at [log in to unmask] .....

a) Submit the AR 2006 & the AP 2007 within the 5th December (read below the e.mail of Pedro)
b) Send me the best picture of your local :-)

I'm the newly elected Network Development Director and my name is Pedro Vieira.
AEGEE-Europe needs to keep up with the Network's good work, therefore we now ask you to submit your Activity Reports for 2006 and your Activity Plans for 2007.
This happens for two reasons:
1. The need of the CD and NETCOM to have an overview of the Network (plus the CIA requires so)
2. For the Youth General Subvention Grand that keeps our association alive. Both reports and plans should be submitted to them soon.
It is then your DUTY as a Local Board to submit them.
In order to do so, you simply follow the link http://www.karl.aegee.org/network.nsf?OpenDatabase and then select "Submit an activity report".
We would be delighted to have them even before the deadline ;).
Things you should know before submitting the report:
- once you enter the page you have 90 minutes to fill in the data (it is enough time, but you should prepare the required data first - copy & paste from word file, e.g.);
- the Activity Report refers to the Past year and the Planned following year;
- you should prepare a nice description of your events. It will help us while preparing for the General Subvention.

The deadline is on the 5th December - that means one and a half weeks!
Please submit it as soon as possible.
