Dear board members of AEGEE locals all over Europe


At the Agora Aachen it's time (again) for the Network Update!
This means we're going to decide about downgrades and upgrades of our
associations bodies.
According to the CIA (Corpus Iuridicum AEGEEnse) of AEGEE-Europe there
are several criteria which have to be fulfilled in order to remain an
Antenna.

The 9 criteria for remaining an Antenna are the following (see Working
Format Antennae Criteria in the CIA):

1) send delegates to two out of three statutory meetings (Agorae and
EBM) each year
2) submit Financial Reports
3) submit Activity Reports
4) pay membership-fees
5) submit a members-list before each Agora
6) organize and hold board elections (at least) each year
7) organize at least one international event each two years
8) maintain active communication with European AEGEE bodies

9) have a bank account (criteria will only be applied from Spring Agora 2009
on)

In order to have a clear overview about the criteria fulfilment as
soon as possible (not only on the last day of the Agora) we'd like to
ask you for your cooperation!
Please start to send in your members-lists from now on in order to
speed up the process and give us the chance to concentrate on
supporting the weak locals instead of running after well running
locals which just would like an extra-invitation ;-)

P.S.: If your local can't fulfil all criteria please see what is
written in Article 5:
"(3) In special cases, when written explanations are presented, the
Comité Directeur may decide that the fact of not having fulfilled one
or more criteria might not lead to degradation to the status of a
Contact Antenna."
Please keep in mind to ask for the exception in advance in order to
give some time to properly decide and coordinate about it with the
whole Comité Directeur.
