Subject: [BOARDINF-L] Open Call for Regional Training Courses Support for
March - April - May deadline: 9th March
To: [log in to unmask]

Dear Boards,

We would like to open the applications for the financial and trainer
support for Regional Training Courses organised in Spring 2015 in the month
of March - April - May.

The Comité Directeur would like to ask you to assess the need for
organizing a Regional Training Course in cooperation with other locals and
apply for support from AEGEE-Europe!

Please ask your Network Commissioner's help and support if you need more
information or if you have any doubts!

Some more info:

The RTCs are those trainings which are involving members from more locals
and/or organised by two or more locals.

Why is it beneficial for you? Organising a Regional Training Course gives
you the opportunity to get to know more AEGEEans, learn the best practices
from other locals, find solution for the reoccurring challenges and even
work on common future projects!

This request can be for either:

a) Travel reimbursement for trainers, up to 70%

OR

b) Logistic support for the Training (e.g. Training Material)

The amount of supported locals is up to 100 Euro and will depend on the
number and quality of applications and the amount for each supported local
will be announced to the local after the decision.

You can find in this document
<http://www.intranet.aegee.org/group_file/view/3/5004> all the other
information related to this procedure, please read it before you apply
and *consult
your Network Commissioner* for advice both for the application and for the
realization of the training course!

The *criteria *for the selection will be based upon the following:

- number of participants able to attend the RTC.
- involvement of other locals
- sessions related to sharing and contributing to the Action Agenda
<http://www.intranet.aegee.org/group_file/view/3/4995> and the Strategic
Plan <http://intranet.aegee.org/group_file/view/3/4489>
- sessions about member recruitement and human ressources in your local
- need for financial support

To apply for the support, please fill this form
<https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/viewform?usp=drive_web&formkey=dFprbmVqanRjSmNEeWZqQTk0aDBNQWc6MA#gid=0>
and
send a *preliminary budget* to [log in to unmask] with all the items and
lines you would like to ask reimbursement for *until 9th March 23:59 BXL
time*. Please note that your application is only valid if you send the
budget as well!

Only RTCs will receive support that filled in the Event Quality Assurance
Committee EQAC Events assessment form you can find here
<http://www.zeus.aegee.org/portal/category/quality-assurance-committee/> and
have sent it to [log in to unmask]

The results will be announced on 6th March!

best regards and good luck with your RTCs!
