Noi a Padova risultiamo come associazione culturale ma dalle info a mia disposizione so che è possibile ottenere anche la qualifica di associazione onlus (che è diversa dal volontariato) iscrivendosi nell'apposito registro regionale e godendo, quindi, dei benefici correlati.
Dovresti chiedere alle strutture che si occupano dell'assistenza alle forme associative a livello locale, ad esempio il Centro di Volontariato provinciale, se esiste.

Oggetto: [RAINBOW-L] Info su registrazione a registri associazioni di volontariato o promozione sociale
Ciao a tutti ragazzi, sono Antonio il tesoriere di AEGEE Genova.
La nostra situazione è questa: dopo averci inserito nel registro delle associazioni di volontariato, la regione (un paio di mesi fa) se n'è uscita dicendo che in realtà non va bene. Dopo vari scambi di raccomandate mail ecc giovedì avremo l'incontro definitivo per discuterne. Ci è stato chiesto da loro di portare esempi (nel caso ce ne fossero) di altre antenne AEGEE che in altre città italiane sono registrate come associazioni di volontariato: questo costituirebbe un precedente e ci permetterebbe probabilmente di mantenere il nostro status (con i vantaggi che tutti conosciamo).
Quello che vi chiedo è: potreste rispondere alla mail dandoci le info a proposito della situazione delle vostre antenne? Nel caso foste registrati in maniera differente, come siete registrati?
