The summer is the time of SUs and full relaxation after a busy year, but

AEGEE-Academy, Human Resources Committee and AEGEE-Cluj-Napoca are inviting
you to the third edition of “HRES”!

What is HRES?
Human Resources European School is a 7-day training course that aims to
empower youth NGO members - who are involved in the field of HR - to
develop, implement and manage HR strategies in their organisations. At HRES
an international trainers’ team will help 25 participants to gain knowledge
and new skills in HR which they can apply and multiply in their locals and
on International level.

Who can join?
We are looking for motivated people who:
- are willing to take the next step in HR world and enlarge their knowledge
in the field;
- have some experience being active on local or international level or are
planning to do so;
- are interested in the field of HR and want to improve the HR in their
locals;
- are already working as HR responsible in their locals, or want to become
ones, but still need relevant knowledge about their tasks;
- want to support their organisation with the gained knowledge in the
future;
If you see yourself among this description, you are the exact person we
need!

When and where?
HRES 2013 will take place in Cluj-Napoca, Romania, between 15th and 22th of
September (including
arrival and departure days).

What is the participation fee?
The participation fee is 90 euro and includes: accommodation, meals and
training materials.
