ciao belli!

EBM is over, so i wanted to share with you some interesting results we had:
on saturday we had an internal meeting only for intalian antennae. it came
out that there's no cooperation at all (or quite) between them. some years
ago there was cooperation, motivation and the region was quite strong (in
terms of number of members and activities); right now, quite each local is
having problems with the HR campaign.
i explain the work that we're currently doing (as NetCom, both with my
staff), that mean a common PR campaign on a "national" level. Carla Cogotti
(my subcommie) is contacting as many websites, newspapers, TV, radios, as
possible, to have a banner about AEGEE. the only problem is where this
banner should carry on. we had two proposals:
- create a new website (for free)
- use an existing website.
the first seems the more useful, as it'll be a campaign sent all over Italy.
but, of course, each local has to keep its website update! our idea is
something like (www.aegee.it) the website of A-Ferrara, that has on the main
page the re-directs to all italian locals website.
this cooperation will has to start with the application for the SU,
so...please update your website, we'll communicate you the rest!

then, another point that popped up was that we could use the dutch sistem of
cooperation: once or twice a year they have an informal meeting with all the
boards. there, they share their ideas, start common projects, help antennae
in troubles, and decide a common line for the agoras decisions.
that's why we'll try to do the same. the first antenna ready to host this
"internal informal meeting" is AEGEE-Brescia. Mickey Turati will update me
soon about possibilities. of course, to be an informal but useful meeting,
it mean that it has to be direct expressly to board members (or active
members!).

and now the reminders:

- deadline to apply for the Agora is in less then a week!!!! (7 march)
- the SU application time...is open!
