Dear Rainbow,
spring came, and with it the moment for one of the most important events
for the development and the cohesion of our Network: *RTC* (Regional
Training Course).

*-What?*
A RTC is a 3-4 days training event, mostly meant for board or active
members of the antennas belonging to a certain area. Number of participants
may vary, as well as the specific focus areas.

*-...so what?*
The main goal of a RTC is creating a knowledge transfer opportunity for
future board members, moreover is a great chance to create bonds between
close locals that might face the same issues and share best practises with
them.

*- sounds interesting, but I'm not sure my antenna is strong enough to
organise one...*
No problem! To host a RTC doesn't necessarily mean that you have to lead
all the workshops by yourself! You can ask expert members from your own
antenna or the closest ones, and you can also ask the Academy! Moreover,
AEGEE-Europe also provides some useful guidelines. You can find them here
<http://www.zeus.aegee.org/portal/resources/internal-education/>, at the
bottom of the page.

-* What did you say? Can I really call external trainers?*
Of course! And AEGEE-Europe might also help you with up to 100€ of travel
reimbursement for them!

*- Yay that's grant! I want to organise a RTC!*
Yayyyyy! Please get in touch with me answering this email or on FB
<https://www.facebook.com/anna.bortoletto93>, so I could help you turning
this idea into reality!

*-Ok! Anything else? *
Actually yes: an amazing training course about peace building, conflict
resolution and religious tolerance a Prishtina, Kosovo, 24-30 May! All info
here

(deadline
20th April)

Cara Rainbow,

*- ...e quindi?*
situazioni e problemi simili) e scambiarsi reciprocamente suggerimenti.

- *Come hai detto? Posso veramente chiamare dei trainers esterni?*
Certo!

FANTASTICO! Ti chiedo di contattarmi qui o su FB
<https://www.facebook.com/anna.bortoletto93> in modo da poterti aiutare a

Tutte
le informazioni qui
<https://www.salto-youth.net/tools/european-training-calendar/goto-training/5695>
(deadline
20 aprile).

A presto!

Anna Bortoletto
