since I'm your subcommie, I guess I can answer as you as well:)

Unfortunately, the Region system turned into Team system -> from now on,
regions are called teams, and teams are led by our Netcommies. Our beloved
Rainbow region became Team Dino. Not that something is wrong with the name
"Dino" :) But the whole team is very sad because of losing our creative name
(Rainbow).

Every six months, the Network Commission can change the internal division of
the locals per Netcom Team according the the various needs of the Network.
Which means, that every six months, some locals may be assigned to different
Team (for example, if a local now "belongs" to Team Dino, after six months
it can be assigned to Team XY).

I still hope we can somehow get "Rainbow" back:)
