Ragazzi, un ulteriore modo per trovare gente carica ed entusiasta potrebbe
essere quello di organizzare MINI CORSI su cose di AEGEE.
Spiego: ci sono alcune cose su cui AEGEE ha un vantaggio e mi riferisco al
fatto che chi è in AEGEE ne sa di più rispetto ad uno studente medio di
- Come fare PR / Comunicazione
- Lavoro di gruppo / Team work
- Organizzazione di eventi e progetti / Project management
Oltre al know-how che abbiamo, dovuto al fatto di mettere in pratica queste
cose durante i nostri eventi e le nostre attività, nel database di aegee
sono disponibili materiali per imparare e migliorare questi argomenti.
Secondo me potrebbe essere interessante che una persona (in ciascuna antenna
e per ciascun argomento) si specializzasse perchè potremmo usare le nostre
conoscenze per fare una nuova iniziativa volta sia a provare l'eccellenza di
AEGEE sia di trovare nuovi iscritti che possono essere interessati alle
nostre attività.
Io immagino (prendo come *ESEMPIO* il caso PR) che X si scarichi dal
database alcuni documenti interni su come fare PR, le tecniche di
comunicazione, come fare posters e che messaggio trasmettere.
Poi si potrebbero organizzare letteralmente dei corsi di 4-6 ore (incontri
di 1.5 ore?) e promuoverli sia ai soci (gratis) che ad esterni (a
pagamento?).
Si tratta di preparare e studiarci una serie di argomenti che potrebbero
interessare.
Che ne pensate?
A Brescia ne stiamo discutendo, fino a marzo siamo impegnati con altre due
attività tutte le settimane (oltre alle riunioni), quindi difficilmente
partiremo prima della primavera 2011 con questa iniziativa.
