ciao cari!
confermo che anche un mio amico commercialista mi ha detto di far compilare
il modulo entro domani. sono necessari l'atto costitutivo, lo statuto, il
codice fiscale dell'associazione e gli ultimi 3 bilanci.
farlo è relativamente semplice e veloce. tuttavia, mi è stato detto, è
preferibile farlo nei tempi (o quanto meno sforando di poco) onde evitare di
esser considerati "ente commerciale" e quindi soggetti al pagamento dell'iva
a fine anno.
