Ciao Ragazzi :)

Giusto un po' di news dal mondo AEGEE per tenervi informati sugli ultimi
sviluppi!
Sono appena rientrato dall'RTC di Treviso/Udine e dal NetCom Meeting a
Bruxelles carico di energia :)

Vi scrivo per darvi giusto qualche raccomandazione, mostrarvi qualche
opportunità e chiedervi qualche cosa!

Iniziamo:


*VISUAL IDENTITY*
Come ben sapete AEGEE-Europe si è dotata di una *Visual Identity* per cui
tutte le sedi devono dotarsi di un *logo compatibile* a questo manuale! Ci
sono dei colori predefiniti e dei parametri dimensionali da rispettare. Qui
trovate informazioni su *come deve essere configurato* il vostro logo:

Per *creare il vostro logo* potete usare questo comodissimo sito:

Come sapete c'è una parte del logo che può essere personalizzata che tocca
a voi creare!
Il Logo in ogni caso deve essere poi approvato!!!* Per chiedere
l'approvazione* dovete caricarlo qui<https://podio.com/webforms/4869369/380743>

NB: non potete utilizzare il Logo senza approvazione, cose che alcuni oltre
ad aver fatto hanno anche mandato a giornali online per la pubblicazione.
Tre le vostre sedi hanno un logo non regolare: vi contatterò privatamente
per comunicarvelo ;)



*SONDAGGI ACT E QUESTIONARIO PER CONTACTS E CONTACT ANTENNAE*

Vi ricordo che il new subcommie Nicola Guida membro dell'ACT vi ha
inoltrato un Sondaggio sull'Action Agenda e sullo Strategic Plan.
Se non sapete nemmeno di cosa si tratta fatelo comunque o prendetelo come
stimolo per informarvi: non c'è vergogna nel non sapere le cose, lavoriamo
per conoscerle!
La scadenza del Survey per l'ACT è il 20 Dicembre e il sondaggio è

A breve per le Contacts of AEGEE-Europe e le Contact Antennae ci sarà un
sondaggio per capire quali sono i problemi che hanno riscontrato
nell'apertura della Sede o per ottenere l'Upgrade.

*AEGEE MOVES!*

La Network Commission e il CD dovrebbero lanciare un'iniziativa per gli
AEGEEans che partono in Erasmus per farli avvicinare da subito alla sede
AEGEE della città in cui vanno (qualora essa sia presente).
Non posso anticiparvi altro visto che il tutto è in fase di elaborazione
ma, qualora dobbiate partire nei prossimi mesi, ci saranno novità ;)




*European Charlemagne Youth Prize*

Avete svolto *un gran progetto* durante l'ultimo anno? Credete che abbia
una valenza importante per quanto riguarda *l'integrazione
giovanile*all'interno dell'Unione Europea?
Partecipate al Premio per la Gioventù Carlomagno. Avete la possibilità di
vincere diversi premi:


   - *1° Premio 5000 Euro                    *
   - *2° Premio 3000 Euro*
   - *3° Premio 2000 Euro*

*I tre classificati vinceranno anche un viaggio alle Istituzioni Europee
(Bruxelles o Strasbourg), la loro premiazione sarà fatta dal Presidente

*Europe on Track 2!*


Non so se avete letto la mail arrivata su ANNOUNCE-L...
Europe on Track torna in pista anche quest'anno (hanno vinto il premio
Carlomagno) e cerca *sedi che ospitino le date dell'evento*. Sarebbe carino
che qualche sede si candidasse ;)
*La dead line è il 22 dicembre!*

*Protesta in Ucraina*


Come avrete visto negli ultimi giorni c'è stato un montare della protesta
in Ucraina che ha visto protagoniste diverse sedi AEGEE in quel territorio.
Molte sedi si sono mobilitate con diverse iniziative online o nella propria
città.
Se avete qualche idea con la quale potremmo dare anche noi un contributo
non avete che da proporla!



*REMINDER and requests:*


   - C'è una Open Call per ospitare il NWM delle nostre sedi. La deadline è
   fissata per il 18 Dicembre...fatevi sotto!
   - Devo aggiornare i file con gli indirizzi delle sedi (di posta
   elettronica e ordinaria, ovvero mail e indirizzo fisico della sede). Siete
   pregati di contattarmi!
   - A giorni vi manderò una spiegazione degli Antenna Criteria (per
   Antennae e Contact Antennae) in modo che sappiate le cose da fare per
   tenere aperta la vostra sede e non farla chiudere o retrocedere! ;)

Hello Guys :)

Just some news from the AEGEE World to keep you informed about the latest
developments!
I came back from the RTC Trevis /Udine and NetCom Meeting in Brussels full
of energy :)
I am writing to give you just a few recommendation, show you some
opportunities and to ask something!



Here we go:


*VISUAL IDENTITY*

As you probably know AEGEE-Europe has created a *Visual Identity* for which
all locals must be equipped with a logo compatible to this manual! There
are predefined color and size.
Here you will find information on how to configure your logo:

To create your logo, you can use this site:

As you know there is a part of the logo that can be customized to create up
to you!
The logo in any case must then be approved! For the approval you have to

NOTE: You can not use the logo without approval and you cannot send it to
online newspapers before it. Within our Rainbow three locals have an
irregular logo: I will contact you privately to notify you ;)



*ACT SURVEY and SURVEY FOR CONTACTS AND CONTACT ANTENNAE*

I remind you that my new subcommie Nicola Guida, member of  ACT, submitted
a survey on the Action Agenda and the Strategic Plan.
If you do not even know what it is do it anyway, or take it as a stimulus
to inform you: there is no shame if you don't know Action Agenda and
Strategic Plan!
The deadline to fill the Survey for the ACT is *December 20th, *you can

Soon, for the Contacts of AEGEE-Europe and for Contact Antennae, there will
be a survey to understand what are the problems they have encountered in
the opening of their local or to get the upgrade.
I will keep you updated as soon as I have news about this issue!


*AEGEE MOVES!*

The Network Commission and the CD should launch an initiative for AEGEEans
will go Erasmus (or other exchanges) and  bring immediately them closer to
AEGEE in the city where they go( if it exists ).
I cannot anticipate anything else for the moment because everything is
being processed, but if you need to leave in the next months, there will be
news for you ;)




*European Charlemagne Youth Prize*

Hve you done a nice project during the last year? Do you believe is it
important for the youth integration within the European Union?
Participate in the Charlemagne Prize for Youth! You have the chance to win
several prizes :

*Europe on Track 2!*


I do not know if you've read the email arrived on ANNOUNCE -L ...
Europe on Track starts again also this year (they won the Charlemagne
Prize) and is looking  for locals that will host dates of this event. It
would be nice that one of our locals will host it ;)
The dead line is December 22nd!
If you want info about the project take a look at the email they sent you

At the same address you have to send even your candidacy.
If you have questions or can not find the email please contact me :)

*Protest in Ukraine*


As you have seen in recent days there has been an incredible protest in
Ukraine which involved several AEGEE Antennae in that territory.
Many Antennae all over the Europe started various online initiatives or in
their city.
If you have any idea with which we could give our contribution, you only
have to present it!



*REMINDER and requests:*


   - There is an Open Call for hosting the NWM of our locations . The
   deadline is set for December 18th ...so, bring it on!!
   - I need to update a file with your addresses ( e-mail and ordinary mail
   address). Please contact me!
   - In a few days I will send you an explanation of the antenna Criteria (
   for Antennae and Contact Antennae) I hope that after you will know what to
   do for remaining Antenna or Contact Antenna and for the second one: how to
   get the upgrade!


For the moment, I think I don't have anything else to say!
