Hello Girls and Guys from Rainbow Locals,


I'm writing you to find an *HOST for the next Network Meeting* of our
locals.
As Claudio Armandi did before me, I want to organize it before Agora that,
in our case, will take place from 30th of April till 4th of May.
So would be amazing to have our NWM in the *first/second week of April*, if
possible.

In order to host the NWM you have to be able to:


   - host at least 30-40 people (in a gym, floor, hostel,camping, other
   facilities) equipped with toilets and showers (hot water will be great :P)
   - be able to organize it from a thursday (arrival day) to a sunday (half
   day plenaries + departure day)
   - provide social program (city tour on thursday and parties for the
   first 3 nights)
   - within the social program there must be a place for the European Night
   ;)
   - guarantee a room with beamer for the last 3 days at least
   - provide at least breakfast + 1 warm meal (2 meals would be perfect)
   - sleeping place, plenary room and mensa should not be far away from
   each other or well connected
   - have no fee (optimistic) or at least a really low fee (not more than
   50 €) try getting a grant/sponsor!
   - have a reasonable amount of organizers/helpers that will assist
   participants throughout the event
   - special conditions that you can offer


If you want to host next NWM send me an email (possibly with a document in
attachment) where you write me a draft
of your Event Plan coping with the previous points I wrote you and attach a
file about:

   - how to reach your city
   - a draft of your budget


The *deadline* to submit candidatures is scheduled on *Wednesday 18th of
December, 23:59 *CET.
