Sicuramente ci sono troppe regole che sono difficili da ricordare e in molti
casi anche inutili considerato l'andamento precedente.

In ogni caso, ecco qui l'elenco (con una promessa di booklet "Communication
Guidelines" che ancora non si è visto) delle regole di utilizzo delle
mailing list comunicate qualche mese fa tramite mailing list da Michael.


Dear Network,
we have decided to introduce an entirely new Communication Policy that will
change the function of the mailing lists. We think that such step is needed
in order to make our internalcommunication easier also for people that are
not deeply involved in AEGEE activities (reduce the amount of emails on big
mailing lists) and also to implement more structure in order to make our
online work more productive. The announcement of the new forum was only the
first step. Below you can see an overview and definition of our 3 big
mailing lists announce-l, aegee-l and aegee-event-l.
Soon, we will also publish a booklet called the Communication Guidelines
that will serve as a handbook of AEGEE's main communication channels.
Please read carefully!
The following rules will be introduced on Thursday, the 10th of February
2011:

- AEGEE-L - Moderated by the Headoffice
   * AEGEE-l will be transformed into a mailing list entirely devoted to
announcements. All discussions will be moved to the forum (
www.aegee.org/forum). Only the following types of announcements will be
allowed by the moderators:
     - Board Announcements
     - Open Call from Projects / WGs  / Committes about positions.
     - Agora Open Calls (Participants, Candidatures, Proposals)

- BOARDINF-L (all board members) - Moderated by Headoffice
* In order to be subscribed to this list, board members have to update their
profile on the Intranet with their right email address. This mailing list is
used to distribute   messaged of high importance of board members.
   * Open Call for Partnership for projects (eg: Part III)
   * Open Call for Exchanges
   * Open Call for LTC support
   * Open Call for collecting Membership Fees and Members' Lists
   * Open Call for hosting events (projects'/statutory/whatever events)
- AEGEE-EVENT-L (open to everyone) - Moderated by Headoffice
   * Event Promotion. Not more than two reminders allowed per event.
     - AEGEE events
     - External events
     - Conferences
     - and similar
- FORUM - Moderated (ex post - free posting) by Forum Moderators

   * Discussions
