Dear Friends,
Three weeks before the Agora I would like to remind you the rules concerning a membership fee towards AEGEE-Europe. In this email you can find very important information for all the locals which pay the fee lower then 6.25 EURO.
*General rule says that membership fee to AEGEE-Europe amounts 25% of the local fee, with a minimum of 6.25 Euros per member per year.
Of course not all the locals can afford to pay at least 6.25EURO.
That’s why a treasurer of AEGEE-Europe agreed to make an exception for these locals.
But still all the locals should pay 25% of the local fee.
Please, estimate your local membership in EURO and calculate 25%.
You should not pay the lowest possible fee described in the corridors (look below) just because it is cheap. Locals, which do not obey the rules, do not cheat the treasurer but all the members in AEGEE. Please, forgive me for strong words but I think that in AEGEE we should treat everybody in the same way. I respect all the members and I hope that all of you respect one another.
All the locals which pay the membership fee inside the corridors are kindly asked to present the treasurer of AEGEE-Europe the statement with the amount of the local membership fee before or during the agora in Amsterdam
CORRIDORS: - the amount of membership fee of locals from NON- EU countries after calculation 25% of local fee should be inside the corridors:
Baltic States (EE, LT, LV)
Central Europe (CZ, HU, HR, PL, SI, SK)
Turkey and Malta
2 to 5 Euros to AEGEE-Europe per member per year.

Eastern Europe (BY, MD, RO, RUS, UA)
1 to 3 Euros to AEGEE-Europe per member per year.
