Dear colleagues!
Good day from sunny Riga!
I would like proudly represent to you my candidature for Comete Director which going to be elected during next Agora in Bucharest.
Are you thinking, why I`m writing to you?
We are going to have only 4 great days during AGORA in Bucharest to meet old friends, to get in touch with new friends, to negotiate about future projects, to investigate all candidatures and vote and do much more. So much for 4 days!
And how one can blame afterwards: "You should knew, what you were voting for!"
It was important and informed decision for me, to decide and later to ask you for support of my mandate to fulfill my goals and realize ideas during next CD term. In this case, I would like to motivate you to have serious discussions and to choose the best candidate during period before AGORA.
For this reason I`m adding to this mail CV which shows my experience and background. Motivation added to this mail, describes motives of my decision. I believe that tasks can be choused after negotiations with all CD team as well as previous responsible, but still the principles of work show to you what to expect from my work.
I`m ready to answer any upcoming question to clarify my personality as well as professional background and aims I have to make your choice as informed and certain as possible.
Sincerely your,
Egita AIZSILNIECE
President of AEGEE-Riga

"If everyone would be engaged with the things he or she knows the best."
Motivation:
Have you ever jumped from diving board? They are different?!
But remember the one you were dreaming of in your childhood?
People are watching you while you are making step by step closer to the diving board.
Why someone is making a step?
If you are purposeful person, you know why. To make a difference, of course!
Not only to your life but also by achieving your targets, you are changing lives of many people around you. And it seems sooo fun!
I feel myself on a diving board. I overstepped so far many stairs in my life and most of them guided me to one direction.
Each step was exiting and challenging - start of training program - "Who cares about students?", Anti- corruption conferences involving Latvian politicians and active youth, social program for street-children, establishing AEGEE-Riga 2 years ago, create a flame in a stoneJ.
Different experience but all this set the confidence - that one targeted idea can change the system and make the difference.
And all that gave me some top secrets of impression and communication techniques. Do you remember what attracted you in AEGEE?
One AEGEE member lighted the flame in my heart about this network some years ago and it is still there!
Someone call it AEGEE-spirit! I call it - Right person in a right moment! I`m ready to work for AEGEE now- to live in CD house,
to write 1000000 of documents, to think and talk in behalf of organization, to make an offers that nobody could escape and to
contribute as much as I can.
The people and projects, which have been realized together, is my biggest motivation to make this step.
Someone would count my experience as impressive, someone as not enough, but I`m sure about one, that I have enough "equipment"
to work in a one team with other CD members to achieve what we all expecting.
6 years of management, 12 years of seeking for identity as a Latvian and 22 years of falling in love with art of communication.
So, I am on a diving board now. I`m looking around and the ground seems so far away. Even pool doesn't seem that big, just small black dot in a front.and my feats! So big, they never can fit in that small dot!!! Still I see strong reason and strength to assure you to support and trust me.
I`m here for you to create the ideas, to continue the best and change the rest and to get real use out of it!
Would you support me?
