Ciao a tutti!
Come avete probabilmente sentito, l'anno prossimo AEGEE festeggia il 30°
anno di età!
Il CD ha dunque deciso di creare l'Anniversary Team come accadde 5 anni fa
per festeggiare il traguardo raggiunto!
Tale AnniTeam lavorerà con il CD per sviluppare l'intera tematica e il
calendario dei festeggiamenti, è un organizzazione complessa che richiederà
molte persone ed energie! Il tutto dovrà avere inizio con una serie di
eventi locali legati a tale focus tematico per concludere con un
super-evento a Parigi o a Bruxelles.
Che posizioni si possono ricoprire?
"AnniTeam" sarà composto da sei membri:
*Team leader*: responsabile dell'anniversario, delega di compiti e gestisce
l'intero team. Si dovrà trasferire per circa a Bruxelles per 2 o 3 mesi.
*Due Content Manager*: preparano i contenuti degli eventi locali e ne
coordinano le attività. Si occupano della raccolta dei risultati degli
eventi e della creazione del Booklet finale dell'Anniversario.
*PR Resp.* : responsabile per la creazione di materiale per le sedi
organizzanti e la comunicazione sui Social Media-
*External Resp.* : responsabile per l'organizzazione del grande evento
finale, mantiene i contatti con gli stakeholders esterni e gli
organizzatori locali di tale evento. Anch'egli deve traferirsi a Bruxelles
per 2-3 mesi.
*Tesoriere*: è il responsabile della raccolta fondi e della gestione
economica di tutto l'Anniversario.
